My research is in commutative algebra, especially as it interacts with algebraic combinatorics and algebraic geometry.
I am a tenure-track Assistant Professor at Texas A&M University.
I am spending Fall 2024 as a member of the Institute for Advanced Study as part of the Special Year on Algebraic and Geometric Combinatorics.
For academic years 2019-2022, I was a Dunham Jackson Assistant Professor at the University of Minnesota, where my mentor was Christine Berkesch. Before that, I was at a postdoc at the University of Kentucky for academic year 2018-2019, where my mentor was Uwe Nagel. I did my Ph.D. work at the University of Michigan, where my advisor was Mel Hochster.
My research is partially supported by NSF grant DMS-2246962. Additionally, my travel is partially supported by a grant from the Simons Foundation.
My CV is here.
